Capsugel has acquired Encap Drug Delivery based in Scotland. Encap provides liquid and semi-solid encapsulation-based product development, and clinical and commercial manufacturing for the pharma industry. The acquisition expands Capsugel’s recently established Dosage Form Solutions (DFS) business unit.
